I skipped this classic
How I did it: I just sat down and read it. It was supposed to be for a summer project but I read it about a week before the class started. In the end I was glad I finished it so I could participate in the class discussion.
Lessons & tips: Just do it.
I finally re read it in the weekend that just went and did my english literature paper this morning.
Pretty good exam as the question asked me to talk about Simon’s importance throughout the novel and that was the last thing I revised before I went in!
i had to read this book in 8th grade and got by on cliff’s notes. this book is talked about in Stephen King’s Hearts in Atlantis so that sparked my interest up again.
I read the first few pages of it in a book store recently and liked it.
Bill is living large in Washington DC oh, hi. Did you miss me?
as a refresher to the book I read in high school.
.. and i must say it’s a pretty good book, even if it’s a bit gruesome in parts.
We read it in class but I found the abundance of description, which my teacher loved, made the book very dull.
Still I must read through it again for my exam
MadamKelly rollin on a river
It had good and bad points: it was descriptive and I could picture everything. And it was creative and raised good questions about human nature. However, it was…disturbing.
Bill is living large in Washington DC oh, hi. Did you miss me?
and I think I can talk to them about the bigger picture the story represents if I read it again.

Hey, I read the book before and I’ve taken psych 10, so I should be good for this.
SparkNotes may help.
Elusive Sleuth life is awesome :)
It was just so … well boring. I got sick of it so have put it aside for now so that I can re-read Vanity Fair. :)
