Sleepy time :)

I really would like to go to bed at 10 or earlier this next week. Lord knows my body needs it. I work at Chick Fil A over 40 hours a week, and juggle three college courses that I am dual enrolled in. I AM 16 YEARS OLD FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. Maybe keeping up with this website, and my goals, I can..you know…live a little.


Feeling refreshed!

I have had camp for the last week, so I have needed to get up early. Luckily, I managed! I went to sleep at maybe 9:30 each night, and was asleep by 10! I managed to wake up at 7 oclock every morning, which is super difficult for me! This is worth it, definately!


I have set...

I have set this as my challenge. If I do not complete this goal by a certain date, then I can’t buy anything for 2 weeks! As a shopaholic, this is virtually impossible for me to do, so I HAVE to do this goal. It’s one am right now, so tonight is out, but tomorrow night is the night, I am positive!!!

Disruption.

Tonight is the night. Over the weekend, I got some bad news about my Grandmother, she had a stroke. My “plan” was disrupted on Sunday and Saturday. I stayed up late both nights trying to deal with it. But tonight, I’m all prepared to go to sleep… right now. Hehe,

Summer is here!

Okay, so summer is finally here, but my sleeping habits are MOST CERTAINLY not in order. I go to sleep at about 2 in the morning every night… in fact its 2 right now. I wake up at twelve, and my entire day is wasted! I always feel crappy with those kinds of nights. So I want to take ONE MORE crack at it, starting tomorrow night. Friday to Friday. Should be fun, but it might be a challenge on the weekend. I’m up for a challenge though!


Back again.

After two failed attempts, Im BAAaaaAck! Hehe. Next Sunday night, I have about one month of school left until summerrrr! Yay! However, before that vacation begins, I really would like to get my sleeping habits in order, so that I can make the most of my summer. Aka: Waking up early so I can go for walks, jogs, w.e… You see, when I sleep in late, even until about 1, I lose most of the day, so I want to be able to wake up early and maximize my summer.

Starting next Sunday, I will try to go the entire week without going to bed past 10 o clock.

Okay, so Monday night, I was all prepped. But it didn’t happen. I got caught up typing up an assignment, and by the time I was done, it was 10:30, I was asleep by 11, but still. Tuesday night, and I’m still up though. Hehe. It’s ten fifteen. Hoping to get to bed soon.


Sunday Night.

Tonight, it’s already past ten, but tomorrow will be the first day. Tomorrow, I want to get my homework done by eight, and asleep by ten. I hate waking up in the morning with 5 or 6 hours sleep, my head hurts when I do. So from monday night, tomorrow, to monday night, next week, I’ll go to sleep, and see what effects it has on my concentration and my overall health!

It was good because I got some more sleep and its sorted my routine out, however it didnt do wonders for me, i still feel quite tired, but its probably bout lifestyle and sleep and just changing my sleep didnt do it. But its definately worth it.

i went to bed at 10 but went to sleep at like 11:30 so it did not work very well oh well


Tired in mornings

Well, right now, I fall asleep at about 12:00 each night, and wake up at 8 for school. But, I’m rushed to get everything done since I need to have a shower, and have breakfast and get ready by 8:30. A few days, I managed to get up 7:30 or so on my own, but I can’t keep it going.
I wish I could go to sleep earlier at night, but I just can’t seem to do it.
Summers coming, and I want to get up by 9:00 each morning at least. As last summer, I was lucky if I got up any earlier than 11. I never went to bed until 2 or 3 every night, so I’m hoping to change that now, by being in bed by 12 in the summer. I know once I get started, its only easy to keep going. Getting started is the hard part.

I always feel so tired in the mornings now if i dont go to bed early…. i think it feels great to go to bed early! sometimes it doesnt work though, because i end up reading for so long….

Dont wait til later to go things that you can do at the moment. It will all catch up to you at the eng of the day. Maybe try setting time limits and schedule time for daily activities in an organized manor. Its definitely worth it.


Life is easier

Who’d have thought it, eh? Feeling so much better this past week. Sleep is wonderful; what magic it works when having to manage the chum in the early morn.


Close enough!

7 out of 8 days in bed right around 10 and asleep relatively soon.
Really, the exact minute and so on aren’t as important to me as that I broke the up past 11 habit.

I feel much more caught up on sleep. So good enough!


5 out of 6 days

We’ve been in bed right around 10 and asleep before 10:45.

I’m not feeling like being a stickler about this. We’re a lot closer than we were.

I just wish I wasn’t such a wretched bitch in the mornings.


2 nights down

In bed by 10 (ok – 10:05) and lights out well before 11.

Feeling more rested. Zzzzzz.


Going to give this another shot this week

The chum has been going to sleep later and later and we’re staying up way too late to compensate and starting to hit the deprivation point.

So…. I’m going to try to be in bed every night this week by 10. Except Friday – Poker night!

i have decided to do that this week since i have been going to bed far to late lately, this will be challengig and i might invest in sleeping pills so i actually fall asleep instead of laying in bed for hours.
