Ok, this is gonna be great if I manage it!
I trued using the assisted pull up machine this week, even that is hard lol
Not giving up yet!
I’m stronger now than I’ve ever been, managed to increase my plank from 30 seconds to 1minute 20 seconds, can also do more than 10 press ups now…Progression is progression no matter how slow, at 36 I’m doing my best!

It’s fun to do. We had a bar attached in the gym at my school. At first I could do about seven comfortably. Then when I really pushed myself I could do 20 in one go. That tingling feeling you get in your arms when you get down is nice. :D 11 months ago
Well, I have to say, it would take some sort of Miracle on Earth, or some divine action to make this happen, but I’m gonna put it on my list anyway.
I’ve never been able to do a pull up, not even when I was a little kid. But it might be something good to aim for—definitely a motivation to lose some weight and strengthen my arms. Who knows, impossible things can sometimes happen! 15 months ago
