I stumble over the “to-do” aspect sometimes. I use Joe’s Goals for daily and/or ongoing goals, but I can certainly quantify some of my goals a little bit and mark them off in Ta-da that way.

I drew up a checklist including all the chapters I need to read and the review questions for each.
It’s top ranked at 43 Things on Should Do This:
2. allow sub-things or thing steps
4. have a daily checklist option
Ta-da Lists was not specifically mentioned but apparently, the demand to have something like this as a regular feature is there.
I looked into this site, and wow—it really is simple and straightforward. I wondered aloud if it could be successfully implemented into Prism, which basically puts a little shortcut on your desktop and allows you to view the site in an empty browser.
It works!
Here’s how you do it:
Put http://123.tadalists.com/session/new into the URL blank. Call it anything you like on the second line. Now, for some reason I couldn’t get it to accept a custom icon (I grabbed the one from the site), so I simply allowed it to use the Prism default, and then right-clicked Properties: and then changed it.
If you do it right, you should wind up at the login screen. Prism can save your password, so it fills that in automatically later.
Use TaDa to manage the steps I need to follow to get to my larger goals. Otherwise I may never get there.
