    Not sure how 10 months ago

    I had bad TMJ…pain and clicking… I started wearing a TMJ splint (mouth guard) at night and then I stopped because I started spitting it out during the night. I gave up and stopped wearing it. Somehow, the TMJ disappeared. The dentist is amazed that it is gone. I think the chiropractor might have popped my jaw back into place.

    It’s annoying. I can’t open my mouth all the way or do one of those big yawns that make your eyes water…ive had it since october in 2006 =(
