    Even once a week would be enough. I know this from experience. Besides, once a week would be an accomplishment, given how hard giong the first time can be.

    I’ve got so much going on in my life, this just isn’t a priority anymore. In fact, I cancelled my membership and ohmygoddess was that liberating!

    Its been 5 or more weeks since I last went. But, in my defense I did get into my car accident 3 weeks ago and I have another 16 physio appointments left. Step one is asking my physiotherapist what exercises I can do.

    Um... I got 5 days a week. 5 months ago

    Because I work in a gym. Haha. So I’m there 5 days a week. I may not be working out, but that’s a technicality for this ‘thing’, lol.

    But I do 10 hours of Ashtanga yoga a week, (5×2hours), so yes, I guess I have done this.

    so…you know in the break up where she goes’ I want you to want to do the dishes!’ and poor vince vaughn is all ‘why would i want to do the dishes?!’ That’s how I feel about the gym. Why would I want to go to the gym? I want to want to go to the gym…it’s just tough going. Absolutely getting there more, it’s just a constant struggle of, ok, it’s been 25 minutes, do i really need to be cross training much longer? or alright, been doing these weights for 4 sets…or these sit ups for i dont know how long…how much more do i have to go.
    which is why i finally filled out the trainer request form. Don’t WANT to do it, but hopefully that will help get me focused.
