Convert my house from a 1 family to a 2 1/2 family

I have turned one of the upstairs bedrooms into a living room. We have added a shower to the downstairs bathroom, and converted one of the rooms down there to a bedroom. Still a mess from all the construction but progress is being made.

This is going to be a huge undertaking. The first things we need to do are: Clean out the basement, clean the enclosed front wrap around porch, clean out one of the upstairs bedrooms which I just discovered has a broken window that needs to be repaired. I got a few things togther to be thrown out on trash day and moved some stuff out of the bedroom. Not a lot but a good start. The basement has been started also. We have lived her for about 18 years so that is a lot of accumlated junk. I can’t wait till I have my own apartment and a nice clean done over house.
