Tiac311 is blah
I’ve been on painkillers for 2 weeks now. I broke my right arm, one of my vertebrae and busted up my kidney a bit. I’m moving around a little more now but it’s putting a real damper on my need to get back into shape!

get a couple runs in during the last couple of days AND I went to work today. I don’t feel like I can conquer the world yet, mind you, but give it a couple more weeks. :)
If I can run with grunting and work without groaning, then I know that I am completely healed. But just the fact I can do these two things now – I’m good.
is so damned debilitating, work-wise and personally. It happened in a very stupid way while out skiing and so I can’t work until it’s relatively healed. And my running has come to a screeching halt, too. I know I needed a break from work, but I didn’t think I would get it this way. :(
