Wednesday: 50 reverse crunches. Apparently these are better for those of use who have back issues. Okey dokee then!
Thursday: I forgot, but I did 50 Friday morning, and 50 at night too.

I haven’t been keeping track! I know I forgot on Tuesday… can’t remember Sunday & Monday though. I know I didn’t take 3 days off, but maybe two.

It’s midnight and I’ve recently got home from a friend’s house, vodka was consumed. My typing is about 10X slower than usual, and that’s exceptionally slow.
The question is, do I attempt the 50 situps before bed? I mean, I can feel no pain at this point, so I may as well have at ‘er, no?!
