How to take kickboxing classes by rocketqueenmch

"amazing!"

How I did it: 1) search around the internet for a kickboxing class

2) convince a friend to go along with me
3) sign up for the trial class, felt self-concious during the trial class
4) sign up for the membership, and commit ourselves to it.

Lessons & tips: im a loner when it comes to exercising, but signing up for kickboxing classes with a friend helped to make the sessions fun and kept me motivated to go to the classes. Plus, you always get  good girly session afterwards!

    My aunt said she took her high school class to a kickboxing lesson and they loved it – she suggested my mom and I go to classes together and I want to now! =]
