It just makes life easier. If someone is led to help, they get satisfaction too.

since lately I been feeling like I can’t depend on my friends or family for help and I don’t know why I can’t come to realize that they are hear for me. I been feeling overwhelmed & not really satisfied w/ anything even food or my lifestyle. I can’t really come to a conclusion on what it is and all.
