I’ve actually improved a lot since starting this goal!! (& starting my daily walk!)

So, while there’s still room for improvement (& this is sort of ongoing) I’ll make room for other goals, & focus on exercise & nutrition & accomplishing tiny steps in my other goals!!

I actually went for a walk midday almost, soon after lunch – was fun, the sun overwhelming, slightly exhausting also (especially since I didn’t have short sleeves) – but I definitely had more energy afterwards! YAY!

I am more energetic & more full of joy & energy when I go out for a walk every day. EVERY day!!

I am also more energetic if I meet fun & exciting people & do things I love doing… (Think Poetry readings or Creative classes etc.)

& if I am focused & driven & know exactly what to do & how to do it…

& if my environment is streamlined & orderly & beautiful (think ‘less is more’ and ‘good feng shui’ and ADD-proof appartment!)

Oh, & if I eat right.

& am constantly accomplishing things, & feel ‘on my way’!!

Basically since opening this i’ve lost alot of weight…210lbs down to 176lbs…and i have ALOT of energy and i think that was the original goal…um dont cut back on sweet crap..literally cut the fuckers out completely…they do not help, do your research and do not be sucked in by those infomercials…tehres all kinds of info out there that you will NOT find in YM or whatever teh chicks dig these days..drop the YM subscrip and pick up muscle and fitness…

I’ve been finding people to take walks with me. I’ve realized I sit on my ass way too much and it’s a lot easier to get motivated and go out and do it if someone else is going with you. Today was 80 degrees and I refused to sit inside all day. Took a nice walk through the nature center on south campus and it was lovely. Hopefully I can keep it up.

Went ice skating with the boy today. It was great. An hour and a half of skating. And that last half hour was NOT easy-going, enjoy the time ice skating. But I loved it! We had so much fun and we were both pretty tired afterwards. It’s nice to be tired from exertion rather than being a lazy ass.

If your feeling like a drag, WORKOUT, there are entirely too many couch potatoes out there, and i blame mcdonalds and burgerking for that, turning our america into a fat and lazy america.

One thing will help, and that is working out, wether it be cardio or weight lifting, those endorphines will kick in and you will feel energetic beyond anyones reasoning!

I think vitamin B is important. I’ve been taking vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12, all in one pill, for a while now, and feel more energetic. Last time my bottle ran out, I thought something was wrong with me because I didn’t want to do anything or go outside, then I realized that I just hadn’t taken my vitamin B in a while, so it makes a big difference.

Okay so my daughter is 6 months old and I am a breastfeeding mom. I know they say with the lack of sleep and nutrients the baby takes I will be less energetic. People do it all the time though why is it so hard sometimes? I’m a housewife this should be easy.

This week I’ve been feeling like total crap. I come home from work exhausted and sit around. Doesn’t help that there have been record temperatures all week. This weekend I commit myself to getting off my ass and being active! I think I’ll sucker my dad into going for a bikeride. Now that the heatwave broke I can go outside again!
