develop my own film

It was actually very fun to develop the film and print the pictures. If you get a chance to learn this, it definitely worth the time.

I’ve done this! Definitely, definitely worth doing! made me so happy and proud :P Dumb as it sounds, but when i first heard the process i went…omigosh i could never do that…and then i thought i stuffed it up, but my first couple of films have come out perfectly…im so excited and have been in the dark room several times a week developing more! So much fun…its incredible

So I’m going to be a freshman in college majoring in Photography. I’m so excited to start using a darkroom. I still have to wait another month, but its getting soo close.

I probably won’t be able to do this until I start taking classes in September. A “friend” offered to teach me a while ago but we don’t talk anymore so that’s not really an option. Unfortunately we never had a photography class at my high school so I never learned.

I developed my own film in all three of the black and white photography classes I took. Unfortunately, it’s been some eight or nine years since I took the last black and white photography class, so I don’t really remember how the process works. Given that I’ve processed well over sixty to eight rolls of film, hopefully it will come back to me without too much difficulty.
