As the nursing shortage slows, travel companies are becoming more selective about who they accept to contract. Most are requiring at least 2 years in your speciality and in high litigious areas such as L and D, 5 years.
I do Emergency and have seen much of the country. But I’m looking forward to finding a good place for me to settle (Appropriate staffing, and acceptable policies.) Unfortunately I have high standards- and most of the community hospitals I’ve been sent to haven’t cut it for me…
