get a 90% average

I’m not sure of my final grade yet but I’ve calculated worst-case scenarios and best case scenarios.

Best-Case scenario

Biology – 92% (confirmed grade)
Math – 84%
English – 81%
Economics – 65%

Average – 80.5%

Worst-case scenario

Biology – 92%
Math – 82%
English – 78%
Economics – 55%

Average – 77%

I’m happy with my overall grades, I probably got the highest in my family, but I want a 90% :( Economics is the biggest killer – because I didn’t hand in about 7 assignments (didn’t think they were that important), but I got 79% on the test, sadly there are only 2 tests in the whole course (not including the final exam) so they don’t count for much.

I’ll also try to improve my English and Math grades.

Math – I got 56% on the first test which was a bit disappointing, especially after I thought I knew it all – I consistently scored above 90% in assignments and quizzes, probably getting a 100% in half of them. Then I decided to step it up, all assignments and quizzes since then have been a consistent 100%, our Chapter 2 test part A went very well, I’m not getting my grades back until tomorrow, but I’m confident I got above 90%. As for Chapter 2 test Part B, I’m almost positive I got a 100% if not near it. I hope I can achieve a similar success story with English and Economics.

I had a 93% average last school year. Last term I got an 88%. Just need to get a 92% term and I will be home free! Easier said than done. Time to go study :P

my top six is easily 90%, cept my overall average is like 89 because of my stupid chemistry and biology marks. it just sucks cause for some university scholarships you need 90 in everything and that is pretty impossible. its tough though cause my social life is starting to become nonexistant. haha whatever, 4 more months of work then im in university! yay!

it was totally worth it to do well, but at the same, being a junior in high school, i find that i need to strive for the best now that i’ve reached that goal. my next goal: a 95 average! (hopefully)
