wants to be a true Christian Lady.
I want my clothes to reflect my Christian worldview. I was raised in pants and jeans, but now I feel so uncomfortable in them. They are immodest when compared to a properly-fitted dress, and they are so masculine. I am going to completely redo my wardrobe, one piece at a time. Let the sewing begin!

and, since I have been raised in a time where casualness and coarseness permeate our culture, I’ve picked those up in both my thoughts and my language. For example, I would like my sense of humour to get past the childish stage; sometimes I catch myself joking about things that are, frankly, rude. This isn’t really addressed in our society anymore; in fact, we sort of expect older people to be rather immature now, since we glorify “youth” so much. I have decided to do some growing up – to act my age, dress my thoughts with gracious language, and “always be a lady” in my speech.

just how it pisses people off, when you don’t sink to their level!

I tried once to be a man and I couldn’t actually do it, so I think I’ll just be a lady…
