anyone would ever want to do this.
i’ve been sleeping irregularly for
the last four to five years of my
life. i’m constantly physically and
mentally tired, which causes me to
be depressed and irritable.
i’ve tried natural sleeping pills,
because real sleeping pills scare
the shit out of me, but they aren’t
really effective. it’s hard to be
high functioning on two hours of sleep.

I remember being in elementary school when that slogan was used for drugs. However, I think irregular sleep habits can have quite detrimental effects on your physical and mental health, as well. I’ve done this ever since college, and have really worked for the past two years or so to reverse the curse of irregular sleep. It’s just not worth it to me.

ive done this most of this year and last!its fun and your senses become heightened! I dont recommend for you to do it non stop but to try it for a week its awesome!

is trying not to regret the past
as i work 3rd shift this is norm for me… every firday i saty awake for about 27 hours and have a normal saterday and then sleep wierd on sunday to go back to work … its not worth it … but i can work full time and goto school…. but its gona kill me in the end.

I don’t know . . . I feel awful for several hours after I get up, usually, but I get my best work done between two and six AM, if I can keep myself awake.
