have a Star Trek movie marathon

When I suggested this idea to DH last night, he said we already did it about a year ago, with my brother. Oops, I remember now! But I think I had to go somewhere during movies 3-4. Anyway, I think it would be fun to do again with our friends out here.

Movie marathons are great, aren’t they? Here I’m talking about just the 6 original Star Trek movies. That’s about right for a one-day marathon: ~12 hours, alternating good and bad movies. (It’s a well-known fact that the odd-numbered ones are bad and the even-numbered ones are good).

I suppose I have a few other marathons I would like to do, but it’ll take awhile to get through them. A movie marathon isn’t just something you can do every weekend. It takes time to recover!
