Our local public transport is not great, but they added a new line that might work for me. We often use the public when we’re traveling. The local schedule is slightly vague, so I’m going to have to plan ahead.

My city just updated its public transport system. Today my husband took it to work and it only took half an hour—about the same as driving. I need to start doing this, too, to save my car from the wear and tear, help the environment, save $ (my student ID gets me free public transport), & have a bit more time to myself.
Public transportation is so shoddy in Atlanta. MARTA’s coverage is lacking and lack-luster. I’m still using it whenever possible, but this just doesn’t happen very much. It’s not very good that Atlanta has so many cars and roads and all that.

When I worked in downtown Chicago, I would take the El to work everyday. It is good “me” time. I would read a book or generally just zone. There are few times when you are able to do that!
