Thanks to my insurance program, I can afford personal training sessions at the gym! It’s really helping me since it’s very challenging. It’s been about three weeks since I started, but I can do heavier weights and more reps already. No visible changes physique-wise just yet, but I certainly feel better.

I am in the best shape of my life. I train and my posture was getting front heavy from doing a lot of bench pressing and a lot of frontal motions. Now I use the true Back along with a yoga master and my posture is nearly perfect now. I grew an inch and I’m always at 6’0 plus now. I play all sports and train all day every day. I am a full time student and will be receiving my degree in Business Management. I am a master in personal training, especially those looking for the athletic physique and become a better overall athlete. Speed and strength is my main priorities. I am 22 years old 185 and I have a very ripped physique. I love challenging myself in and out of the classroom. Who doesn’t want this one? Not many people are ever completely satisfied with their body. I don’t think its possible for me to be completely satisfied but to be content in my physique would be absolutely fantastic. It appears that a big opportunity is approaching for me to focus a lot of time and effort into this goal. For once I would like to be able to actually see my abs and have a nicely toned upper body. Must stay motivated!
