Juxtapoz85 is AWESOME!
Just read in a blog that 32% of workers commute to work by bike and that it’s been known as the ‘city of bikes’. Looks and sounds like a beautiful place; I also would really like to go to Amsterdam and Sweden as well.
I really enjoyed my stay in Copenhagen. Unfortunately I missed my flight. I had to rebook it, which cost me a lot of money. Therefore my nice budget stay went completely over budget. I have to try and cut down on the spending because of it.
But, I’m not gonna worry about that now! Copenhagen is wonderful, and everybody should go and visit it!
I just booked a ticket to go to Copenhagen! I am going to visit a friend who is going to stay there for 2 months. I am so excited!
Yes, when I travel to Danmark in February that is where the plane lands. And we’ll be staying there for a few days so I’ll be able to see a little bit of it. I only wish Tivoli was open this time of year.
The rudetaarn or whatver its called. This is the reason I went. When I was little I read “The Tinder Box” by Hans Christian Andersen, and in it there is a dog with “eyes as big as the round tower of Copenhagen”...
I have always wanted to know how big the dog’s eyes were. Let me tell you… that was a big-eyed dog!
Go to a pub and try a shot of “Gammel Dansk” – you’ll remember it for the rest of your life.
Eat in “Rizz-Razz”..
Don’t bother going to Christiania on Christianhavn (sp?) as its dirty and full of grubbers.
I recall going movies. I did that a lot in Copenhagen. It’s a big city, a lot of walking to do. Full of nice shops if only I had the money!
I have heard that it’s a great city and guarantees a wonderful shopping experience!
I just got back, and wish I could have spent more time there.
Rent a bike – it’s amazing how much you can see. Very bike-friendly city.
