How I did it: I started a consistent work out program of jogging everyother day, and strength training on the in between days. I kept pushing my self a little farther, and slowly noticed I was able to do more or go farther, easier. It gave me more energy, and I physically and mentally felt better. I can't wait to get back with it. Read how I did it…

I said, “In one month, I will go hiking with you. I’ll be able to keep up with you in one month.”
Gulp.
