Well... 2 months ago

Close but no cigar. I may strongly pursue this in the upcoming future, but for now I am putting it away. My workout routine took a dive before I managed to jog a whole two miles. I did however notice an improvement in my endurance am and pleased just knowing I am capable of it.
Until my next bout of motivation….

over the past two years my physical endurance has improved a lot thanks to joining karate, which has made my life much better and easier. i still have to work on my endurance when running long distances though, thats always been my toughest area. especially since everything has lots of running involved in it.

I almost made it a mile and a half on my jog this morning. I’m getting closer

I have already increased my endurance over the past month, but how much more do I want to increase it? is the question

I would like to beable to jog two miles with out stopping.

I would like to beable to do twenty pushups

my friend Scott and I were talking. He expressed a desire to do some hiking this summer.

I said, “In one month, I will go hiking with you. I’ll be able to keep up with you in one month.”
