I have put on a little weight over the last couple of years. Nothing drastic but I’ve gone up a dress size at least. I am hopeless at following diets and finding time to exercise is difficult. There is nothing really wrong with my diet. I eat nutritious home cooked food that’s pretty low fat most of the time. Lots of fruit and veggies. I do eat an awful lot though! I’m going to try to cut my portion size in half for a while. No denial, just only eat half at every meal. Let’s see how I go! 8 years ago
