I started playing on my 12th birthday, and it has nearly been 2 yrs, and i have got very good at it, i am going to be on my first grade this year! I played violin in seventh and eighth grade, then abandoned the orchestra for chorus. For a long time after that I didn’t play because I had no way to, and I missed it. Then for Yule 2004 my father gave me a violin as a holiday gift. It is a wonderful instrument and I picked it back up and remembered nearly everything instantly. The problem is, I never WAS that good to begin with! So I’d like to practice and make it so I don’t occasionally sound like I’m torturing a cat. 8 years ago
