see the V for Vendetta movie

It’s a real eye-opener and makes you think. I actually see a lot of similarities in how the US seems to be headed in that direction.

This film was a real wake up call, despite giving me nightmares

I saw this movie at my friends house and absolutley loved it.
Exellent movie, highly recomend it.

A useful and timely reminder not to give up so easily on the freedoms we have traditionally taken for granted.

what a fabulous movie! we watched it last night and it so exceeded my expectations. I loved the visual design, which I thought succeeded very well cinematically (is that a word??) while still retaining a gorgeous graphic novel quality. The cast is wonderful and very deep (Tim Pigott-Smith, Stephen Fry, Rupert Graves, etc.). I especially appreciate that they don’t provide any easy answers.

It is a cautionary tale, as all good dystopias are. May V serve as the ghost of Christmas future for us, that we change our ways and our government before such things come to pass.

Incredible movie. Everybody loves a good revolution.

Watched it with my boyfriend over the summer! Amazing movie! Even he liked it, and that’s saying something because he hates most movies I enjoy.. but we both loved this movie. I definitely recommend it.
