“It is all in just the first 5 minutes.”
In other words, stop slacking off and push yourself for the first 5 minutes to do whatever you have to. It gets easier after the first 5 minutes once you start. I read this expression somewhere and today it helped me stop being lazy about doing my assightment. It worked for me, maybe it might work for some of you as well.

I’m one of those people that sit in front of the computer in 90% of their free time. I rarely get out, and I’m L A Z Y. If I’m not on the computer, I’m asleep. I don’t take part in PE. I don’t exercise.
Whew, this is gonna be a tough one ;\

I’m a really lazy person….probably has something to do with my being overweight.
I’d like to stop being so lazy, actually get up and do things more than just every once and a while…y’know…?

i sit in front of my computer every day doing just enough housework to keep the rest of my family happy. i could use some ideas to keep me motivated throughout the day
well i went on a beach holiday and partied so at least i contributed towards one of my goals (living instead of existing).
unfortunately it was a bit of a trade off, as i had been procrastinating all week and didn’t get my assignments done.
the holiday was worth it though!!
I used to be soo lazy. Now, I’ve gotten out of that habit. You know my secret? EXCERCISE! Trust me it helps like TOTALLY!
