How I did it: - still doing it, while working full-time *stress*
Lessons & tips: - take calculated risks. for me, i have poor time management skills, usually i pack myself too tightly and leave no room for rest. REST is incredibly important during this time of high-stress!

On January 2nd, 2009, I start my Masters of Science degree in Chemistry at the University of Calgary. It will last 2 years and has the ability to be upgraded to a PhD in a year – I have few plans on doing the PhD if it takes 4 years. Wish me luck!

I’ve always wanted to pursue higher education. I hope that this can remain part of the 5-year plan!
I need to get a masters degree accredited by NAAB. This will increase my on-job confidence. It’ll qualify me for IDP and thus allow me to be licensed in any state.
Will have to put this off until I can afford to not work for a few years, or determine I can go to school part-time.
