    My sleep pattern is terrible. I never sleep well on a sunday night so I’m tired for work. Then I end up sleeping when I get in on Monday night, so I’m not tired until about 2am… repeat cycle for the next few days

    I’m usually a few minutes late for work because I can’t wake up, so I’m rushing about a lot more.

    I’d like to go to bed a little earlier and get up when I need to.
