become a chef

Long hours. Crap pay. No social hours. And all in all a very repetitive job.

My dream is to be a chef! :) I’m starting to cook for my parents and family every night.

so why not becone a chef?
then maybe i can open my own restaurant.

I must say I’m still hesitating about studying to be a chef. Most people coming out of culinary schools end up working in small restaurants or even fast food, instead of fancy cuisine restaurants (at least here). You gotta be really good.

So I am done with chefschool. All I need to do now is finding myself a good commis chef job…. Good luck to me!

is my addiction. I love watching people cook and it makes me want to be a chef. I love seeing people chop vegetables. Yeah I know that’s pretty weird, but it’s soothing and helps me go to sleep. Maybe I’ll just be a good cookin mommy!
