become a chef

to be only a pastry chef but now i would like to be a chef with a bit of an emaphsis on pastry.

I have always wanted to be a chef since i was 3 now i can cook alomost anything

been cooking @ a restaurant for a two and a half years

want to take training tho
like at college or something

It is a passion, a thorough love and addiction to the art. I Have my whole life before me, and i shall most definitely incorporate this as my first goal, then after my travels, settle down and open a restauraunt and publish the books and photojournals on my travels.

i might skip the school route on this one and just partner in a resturant and do all the baking.

Long hours. Crap pay. No social hours. And all in all a very repetitive job.

My dream is to be a chef! :) I’m starting to cook for my parents and family every night.

so why not becone a chef?
then maybe i can open my own restaurant.
