How I did it: Being in a group and feeling the energy in the room, along with having an instructor doing everything with you and showing you how it's properly done, has made exercise so fun for me. I really look forward to it now. I feel like a million bucks when I walk out of the aerobics room. I'm a student at Temple so I can use their gym for free, so I started taking classes there and it has made a world of difference for me. I actually look forwar… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I signed myself up for some sports( I already did ice skating and I still do ice skating! <3 ) like Soccer, Gymnastics and Track. All of these helped me because of the practice I needed to do to succeed. I did some training on my own time and it was actually pretty fun. Read how I did it…

I’m 17 years old, about 6’2 and weigh 185
which is proportionate for myself but I’m
not doing any exercise. A few months ago I
was noticing my body was becoming less toned,
getting some fat on my stomach, and it was
showing in my face. I started eating a bit
healthier, cutting out eating right before
I went to bed, and eating smaller portions.
I have seen results and people have mentioned
they see a difference in me. Exercise has never
been a part of my life because I never did sports
and I’m not interested either but I need to find
a way to get an exercise routine going so I can
tone up and get rid of some of that body fat! XD
Self-abasement and envy are in fact two strong incentives to motivate people. After meeting some sunny, handsome/beautiful, sexy men/women recently, I decide to exercise more.
Hope I can 1: form six-pack abs before next Aug., 2, loss 10-20 pounds before next Aug.; 3, run a 5K within 20 minutes without struggle; 4, most importantly, I want to be healthier and I want that work-out kind of sunny spirit.
35 minutes at the lower end of my regular speed. I don’t seem to be able to do the higher speed that I used to get to, but I am probably making it up by doing the longer time.
It is so amazing how fast the time goes when I watch mindless TV while I walk. I am so grateful that Frog set up the tiny TV for me downstairs!
