worked out extra hard today (even tho I was dizzy and tired from my birthday the day before)
legs (used more weight) 5 reps of 30
arms 5 reps of 30
obliques 3 reps 0f 20
abs 5 reps of 30
lat pill down 5 reps of 20
triceps pull down 5 of 20..
Have been at this since Feb, lost 3 inches and just FEEL great!
also I have ran 39 miles.

and walked about 1 1/2 miles home from work!!
