But I must.

How I did it: I just signed up in a gym and started going, I'm doing it on mond, weds and fridays, 2 hours a day. It makes me feel more healthy, less lazy, I feel my muscles grow, I got more energy to do other things in life... it's amazing! I highly recommend it for anyone! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started training for a triathalon. I realized that imagining myself cross the finish line OR how humiliated I would be if I started dying before I finished is the greatest motivator I could find! I've been regularly swimming, running (which is still very hard for me) and biking for 12 months now. This has helped me maintain a weightloss of about 30 lbs for the last year and a half. How I did it: I joined a gym and started to go for 20 minutes a day. I would do cardio for 10 and then lift weights for 10. Every day I would increase each a little until I was there for an hour or more every day. Read how I did it…
Nieva is worried.
How I did it: I exercised intermittently last year, then I spent the fall in Europe in which I walked at least three miles a day just to get to the university. When I got home, I decided that I needed to maintain some sort of exercise plan here at home, and I picked January first as a good day to get started. I began by simply walking as I had done in Europe for fifteen minutes a day the first week and then half an hour the next. When… Read how I did it…

At first I had…”Exercise for thirty minutes 3x a week. Well, that soon came unrealistic with my hectic work schedule this month. BUT I will keep the 3, 3x a overall goal for the year. I need to cut myself a little bit of slack, right? Onward and upward!
1.75 miles on the treadmill.
A moderately low speed, but I’m thrilled I was motivated to do it at all after working a 10 hour day.
Saturday: treadmill and recumbent for 50 minutes! Hooray!
Sunday: one and a half miles on the north shore boardwalk
Monday: 35 minutes Wii fit (yay!)
Tuesday: skipped

of yoga and toning today…
It felt so good!
I’m not as out of shape as I’d thought though my muscles do feel quite tight and tense (go figure).
I just worked long enough for my daughter to grow bored. She was doing it with me at first, very very cute…and a good example to her.
went to the gym today! it felt really good! i know i’ll be going more often now.
Stilll havent excersised yet. It’s terrible. My friend agreed to go walking with me though. We’ll see if I follow through.
I STILL have not made it to the gym, but I might just go today! I have the whole day off and it’d be perfect. I hope I can find someone to go with me.
I want to exercise mainly for the reason of being healthy and fit. Right now I am very slender, but most defenitly out of shape. I could afford to put of some pounds of muscle, and maybe even a little fat, but my goal is to overall be a healthier human being. I think I will motivate myself to go to the gym tomorow. Hopefully my sister will go with me.

“When would you say this goal is accomplished? Technically I am exercising every day but I enjoy writing my weekly reports on here. It keeps me motivated and to some extent accountable.”
