adopt kids, but not babies

For as long as I can remember I’ve loved kids, and for as long as I can remember I haven’t been remotely impressed with babies. This may have something to with my desire to adopt, but it’s deeper than that. It’s an ingrained moral obligation. Many people desire to hold their own seed and I understand that, but I don’t relate. There are so many government owned children in the world, and in my city; I can’t ignore it. Untill the time when I introduce a new face into my world, I’ll be content entertaining my friends children.
