I decided to take my laptop to a Starbucks outside of my usual travels to spend the day on Monday. I met a couple of writers, and they suggested I hang out here more often, as there’s a very informal group of creative professionals who come in and have gotten to know each other. In the last four days I’ve met about a dozen really great folks.
One of them teaches a meditation class, and has invited me to come tonight as his guest, no charge.
I haven’t made many friends in L.A., so it’s been a great week.
