practice my saxophone

I just don’t seem to be playing it at all. I have other hobbies. I know how to play the piano. The sax is fun to play but I just don’t make the time for it and it sits there making me feel guilty! It’s a loaner. I am going to give it back and stop feeling bad about it :)

I’ve picked up my tenor for the first time in about 6 months. The first day was painful, as I couldn’t play for longer than about 2 minutes without my face writhing in pain. Hopefully it’ll pass in the next week or so, otherwise I’ll have to switch to a softer reed for awhile.

1 hour a day, at least 3 times a week. I owe it to myself to make some use of my talent, and the only way I’m going to improve is to practice!

Gotta learn there’s nothing wrong with practicing… and that nobody is born brilliant!
