I had taken off about 55lbs. I gained 50lbs back. going to start again now.

Now I have 53 pounds to lose to reach this goal. It’s honestly taking me longer to lose the weight than I would have really liked, but I know I’m going to get there and they say it stays off when you lose it slowly, so I’m excited!

I want to loose 80 pounds in 8 to 12 months. Ive started excercising, going to join the gym and eating more fruit and veg. IM also eating more negative calorie food and it seems to be working alrady. i feel better and less bloated than ever.

I lost 15 pounds this month! I AM SO EXCITED TO BE THIN AGAIN. I’ve been eating super healthy – almost vegan (but not quite), and I just got a Wii Fit. Good things!

I started exercising 5 times a week and i am currently drinking green tea. I need some drastic and i dont want to get he lapband. This look is not very attactive but I still love ME!

I went down 50lbs. but gained 25 back over the holidays. I stopped trying and went overboard. I am trying to eat healthier now but the sweets have a hold on me. Down 3 in 2 weeks so I guess that is ok. Wish me luck and strength.
