How to help more people

How I did it: I do not think there is a true way to go about this. You can help someone just by a simple smile. I allowed myself to help others by volunteering. I have done recycling, elections, trash clean up, moving things for elderly people, and just being there for someone when they need it. Helping is not just about volunteering your time though, it is about being unselfish for a moment in your life and allowing someone elses problems more important than your own. Lessons & tips:

How I did it: This sort of happened over a long period of time and I did many things to help the people around me and even strangers. I incorporated my goal at my job working at a retail store and since the economy is tight right now I helped a family save $120 dollars using coupons that they didnt have but we can use. I believe my new occupation fulfills this goal on its own. Helping people find books is ridiculously intense and sometimes quite difficult. Success. If you need help finding a book and know perhaps some of the name, or what it might be about…I can find it for you!
