Nicole Hatfield is setting my travel plans.
I started my Master’s in Management in October, 2008. It’s online, which is new to me; I’ve always preferred traditional college. Let’s see how it goes!!!!

I started my master’s in shipping law earlier this year in february. I always wanted to study law, even though my bachelor’s is in microbiology. Due to my stressful situation of opening up my restaurant, I just couldn’t concentrate on my studies and so I’ve deferred my studies until next year. Now, I’m so confused and am not certain if I want to carry on with shipping law as I find archaeology and psychology fascinating as well!! I’m in a real dilemma. Can anyone offer advice?

Just do it, play full out, it’s your dream and worth every moment. Learned a ton, sat through theories that somehow made a difference in the way I think.
Totally opened my eyes and grew brain cells.

I finished my Masters, took it on with finality. The last paper I will write, the last time an individual will read the paper and appreciate what I’m saying. I played with it and wrote it with joy, passion, and freedom.
I am complete. Never looking back, increase in salary and ultimately pension. I partied hard – joined Meetup.com (free) singles group, hit 60 events in 2 months. Fabulous life, great friends and now I’m in a relationship.
Yessssssssss.
..since I wrote this goal. Got my grant money a week back, so yay. Just need to be! more! focused!!!
Watching people walking around campus in their convocation gowns is quite the motivator. Would love to graduate next year, but in terms of progress, I’m not sure if that is possible. Timetables have been drawn and deadlines have been self-imposed. We shall see if they work.

I just wish…wish…wish…I don’t know…it just seems like such a big deal, big expense, etc. but I know, I’d love it. I need to get more pointed. More focused. Like…what do I really want to get done in my life. I’m forty years old dammit.

Columbia University Teacher’s College is very appealing to me. I’ve always wanted to live in NYC. Does anyone have experience in getting a masters? Choosing a university?
