Finish my daughter's Christmas stocking

I started the stocking in January 2002, while my dear daughter was still in the womb. I would say it’s probably about 2/3 done… it’s a needlepoint stocking, with a picture of a snowman nestled among evergreens at night, and a few birds are thrown in for good measure. I have never seen so many different shades of blue! Really, it’s much more difficult than I had anticipated. It will be gorgeous when it’s done… I just need to make the time to finish it.
