create deadlines for my goals as inspired by Malc on 43 things

this is the first deadline that I made for myself that I actually made. So, I’m trying to figure out how this goal differs from the others. The main thing is that there was an outside deadline, the plane ticket. Everything had to be planned and completed by the day of the flight. Not everything went perfectly (I had meant to already have a job when I got here.) but it got done. Thank you God.

I never would have done a lot of the things I ‘ve done lately if it were not for 43things so setting a timeline for myself is a great tool!!!

It occured to me if I start with goals I want to do and feel strongly about rather than things I feel I should want to do, I might have a higher chance of success. So what do I want more than anything? To get out of here. I don’t care where I go as long as it’s far from here. A specific deadline? Be gone by September 1st.

Think I’ll give it a try.

Well this has been a beneficial step. Today I have sorted and ordered my business cards needed to promote myself more widely as a flower/gem therapist. I have just put it off for so long now as I been living in the world of tomorrow instead of the today. It’s a cliche I know but it’s true; “never put off today what you can do tomorrow”...

What I love about this site is the many positive people that you come across or who come across you… Malc on 43 things is just one of these people. He has given me the incentive to create deadlines for my goals by his words of encouragement and his questions designed to kick my ass into action. Just what I needed! Cheers Malc!
