make a space in my house just for painting!

my computers on one side, the easel (which my mom bought me for my birthday) on the other. Hand me down lights from my eldest sister and my MIL lighting the work space. The built in drawers holding all the painting stuff. Plastic on the floor for my sloppy paintings. Yep… it’s done!

We’ve moved the computers from our bedroom to the elder kiddo’s bedroom yesterday. Hubby wants to steam clean the carpets so that they are clean! Then we’ll put a sheet of plastic over the carpets and then wood and throw rugs over that so that the original carpet is as protected as it can be.

I’m in the process of putting all of my canvases on the shelving and moving my paints and whatnot in here.

Depressing and exciting all at the same time.

C ongratulations! I hope to do the same thing. Right now I use my dining room table. of course this is also where my sewing machine is setup too!

I take it out each night and put it away each morning.

Under all of this is my kitchen table. We need the addition so that I may have a place for my paints to call home.

I now have one #large# cuppord for all of my painting necessities. Had to move the shelving around for the larger brushes… and ah, no more totes!
