Finish my wedding plans!

in the middle of making invitations…

The wedding went off wonderfully all be it with the usual problems (started late, people bailed, music skipped). But it was fine, the important part happened and I now have a wonderful husband. <3

Ok so today’s goal was met, I went out to a local party supply store with a printed list from the caterer for rental prices. I wrote down all the prices for things at the store and am going to compare them in a little while to see which would fit the budget better.

I also stopped in and talked to a friend at the bakery where I used to work and she thinks she’ll have time to make our cake which is awesome.

I still need to get all of his family’s addresses since he’s out of the country right now but those are coming in slowly but surely. I’m feeling much less stressed today about getting all this done on time. :D

Still have a lot of work to do and a short time to do it in. Here’s to my luck holding. Three more weeks until the big day.

Everything was going really well (at least recently) until I heard from the printers that the invitations we had ordered had been discontinued. Of course they didn’t tell me until 2 weeks after I ordered them so they put me in a tight spot since they were supposed to go out next week. Now I have to try to find similar ones. Hence the grrr…
