    tonight after dinner 21 months ago

    (which is a potato with Sriracha sweet-chili sauce) I’ll go for a walk at the beach. Sounds good, eh? I’d better get going.

    Today 22 months ago

    took a little day trip by the ocean, watched people kayaking in the sparkling water, and took a long sweet time walking & window-shopping. Then made a delicious summer meal of zucchini & summer squash with lemon, garlic and a bit of honey. That was something nice. :)

    How To Nurture My Body 3 years ago

    ok, in case I can’t think of anything, here’s a list of things to choose from:
    1. massage
    2. pedicure
    3. manicure
    4. make a delish dish to eat
    5. yoga
    6. walk in fresh air
    7. laugh with friends
    8. be in nature (surrounded by trees)
    9. buy fresh flowers, light some candles & relax
    10. swim

    at the moment I guess this is restricted to:

    • lots of sleep
    • drinking lots of water
    • not pushing my boundaries (concerning my stamina)
    • being kind to myself

    Starting today:

    1. 15mins of Pilates. Yeah, give me a good slap for that, doing Pilates even though I am not A okay after my kidney infection.
    1. A long hot shower.


    I haven't been keeping up with this "every day"... 3 years ago

    But did a bunch of things that were enjoyable, or “good for me.” Had breakfast at the beach… resisted the temptation to get a milk shake… read a book while gazing at the tremendously blue sky every once in a while… pet a cat… had fruit for a snack instead of “bad carbs”... treated myself to a back massage at the airport.



    More things I've done... 3 years ago

    Went to an acupuncture session… slept in… relaxed on the bed with a snuggly blanket after taking a bath… went for more walks… ate more fruit…



    Things I've done so far 3 years ago

    Gone for lots of walks… done my ankle exercises… not eaten that ice cream I wanted… taken a nice relaxing bath…
