Ok so I have tight hamstrings, calves, pecs and others I can’t remember… something’s wrong with my shoulder blades too… can’t do cool gymnastics things but would like to. I’ve recently taken up pilates and my physio’s happy with that. To touch my toes or past that at some point next year, that’s a goal :-)

I’ve been really Ill lately and I know that’s not a good enough excuse but it HAS been day-light savings so I’ve had an hour less so I need to regulate myself to it before I can do anything properly.

Yesterday I did a bit of stretching and I plan to do some later today, but cause I just got back means I have to unpack and start doing my homework.

I haven’t done much stretching or getting stronger, if any it would be while watching TV and just slow, easy stretches.

I’m taking time off from school so I guess I should take a few days off from this, I’m really tired.

I’ve decided as well as doing stretching I will strengthen my ankles, wrists, legs and arms so it’s taking up heaps of my time, but over the next few weeks I wont have much to do so I’ll probably be able to do it every morning or so.
well i can nearly do the splits, wen im on the sette anyway cuz i can squish the sette to fit the shape lol but wen im on the floor up by the crotch it wont touch the floor wat can i do to make this more flexible??? thanks in advance x

I don’t really like the type of people who constantly write about one thing, like getting flexible, it really does get boring, what I’m trying to say is I’m actually boring myself and that I feel sorry for the people who have been getting annoyed and bored with me writing about my VERY uninteresting life and how I’m am really not flexible and even though I’m putting in time and effort and it isn’t really doing anything, and just so were clear I am NOT getting angry about the fact I’m getting nowhere and am having a random burst of anger and writing this, I genuinely don’t like BORING PEOPLE!!!
