Warm weather for the Holidays

Like many people from dysfunctional families, I have a lot of bad Christmas memories. It was often very cold in my hometown in Illinois at that time of year.
Just once, I want to spend Christmas in a really warm climate. No White Christmas for me! A nice holiday in the Southern Hemisphere would be great. Of course, the only downside of this would be having to come back to the Northern Hemisphere after the holidays were over, and spend the rest of our winter freezing after a warm Christmas. Oh well, all good things have to come to an end.
