For the past few weeks I have been availing of free trials from one gym to another in order to see which one would best fit my needs. Fortunately, I have located a good gym with a great deal. After about 2 weeks, I feel a lot stronger, and energized. Fortunately, my gym ventures have become more exciting because of my gym buddies. I have already paid a 1-year membership to the gym. Hopefully, I can attain my goal to be fit :)

It would be so nice to feel as fit as other people and not have to worry about getting exhausted.

Be Able to do a stressful exercise or Sport for AT LEAST ONE HOUR at Each Week
Its what makes me feel good mentally and physically. It relieves the mind and makes the body healthier for a longer period of time. I’ll run, continue gymnastics, stretch, do push ups and pull ups like crazy, martial arts, badmitton, and try a whole bunch of new sports. Sounds like fun right?

I lost 100 lbs, still working out 5 days a week, I have a good diet. Considering becoming a personal trainer. This was a huge accomplishment because I did it all by myself with will power and personal strength.
