I went to jiu-jitsu last night with my dad and my boyfriend and got my butt kicked. I missed the Laker game (which I heard was really good!) but I at least feel a little bit better.

It would be so nice to feel as fit as other people and not have to worry about getting exhausted.
I badly hurt the I.T. band in my leg about a month ago. I have just started to exercise a little more since then and it has been hard to get back into the groove of things. I would like to get back on track and be in sync with my body again.
Have 1 day per week with Perfect Diet by 31st Jan, 09
Have 2 day per week with Perfect Diet by 31st Mar, 09
Have 3 day per week with Perfect Diet by 30th Jun, 09
Have 4 day per week with Perfect Diet by 30th Nov, 09
Reduce my weight by 5% end of the Jun ‘09
Reduce my weight by 10% by the end of Nov, ‘09
Be Able to do a stressful exercise or Sport for AT LEAST ONE HOUR at Each Week
Its what makes me feel good mentally and physically. It relieves the mind and makes the body healthier for a longer period of time. I’ll run, continue gymnastics, stretch, do push ups and pull ups like crazy, martial arts, badmitton, and try a whole bunch of new sports. Sounds like fun right?

I lost 100 lbs, still working out 5 days a week, I have a good diet. Considering becoming a personal trainer. This was a huge accomplishment because I did it all by myself with will power and personal strength.
