I am a binge athlete: I get on board for days at a time, but do not stick with anything for long. I’m thin by genetics – so I cheat.

Its what makes me feel good mentally and physically. It relieves the mind and makes the body healthier for a longer period of time. I’ll run, continue gymnastics, stretch, do push ups and pull ups like crazy, martial arts, badmitton, and try a whole bunch of new sports. Sounds like fun right?

I lost 100 lbs, still working out 5 days a week, I have a good diet. Considering becoming a personal trainer. This was a huge accomplishment because I did it all by myself with will power and personal strength.
