I want stop eating junk food. 5 months ago

Actually, my goal is to stop eating junk food, but not to eat it less. I have gastritis and I’m not allowed to eat junk food. Usually (not always), after school when I and my friends are going to eat, we go to fast food restaurant, and sometimes after I eat something of junk food I have stomachache. I want stop eating unhealthy food, but I can’t, it’s so delicious! I want to eat less sweets too. But I really like white and milk chocolate. About 4 months ago I started to drink tea with less sugar, now I’m drinking tea without sugar at all, and I really like it! Now I’ll try to stop eating junk food.

Half a year ago this had not even been on my list. As I really was not into junk food. – And then I started working in a fast food restaurant. :)
And as our days are always action packed, I do not have time to go and have a proper lunch. Note to myself: stop being so lazy and start making packed lunches with salads and fruit!

Whenever I’m watching a movie or TV I just have to start munching. Which has become a really bad habit for me. Every time I buy groceries, I have to pick up a bag of chips, which ends up making me feel bad later.

I’m eating really badly these days… I need to learn how to cook some dishes and I need to stop going to Starbucks. I am allergic to milk, when I drink a Frapp, it really messes me up. So, I hope to be eating well by monday, eating more vegetables and fruits and stuff.

Even though I get a reminder about this almost every day, I have eaten so much junk food in the past couple months that it kind of makes me sick to think about it.

So I figure I should start small: Since I haven’t gone a day without chocolate for a long time-the goal is no chocolate for one week- I’ll reward myself next Sunday with a brownie! =)
Wish me luck!

Doing better. 11 months ago

I set a goal for myself (that I will keep private for now) and that is my motivation for getting in shape and eating healthy. I’ve been having protein with every meal and trying to eat less and less sugar. I’ve been making scrambled egg whites for breakfast and having tuna fish for lunch and dinner. Very bland, I know. I bought some Weight Watchers snacks to keep me from getting too bored with this diet.

Its really hard changing 23 years of bad eating habits, but I’m slowly rehabilitating myself.

I need to stop eating at fast food places. I go into town and then, instead of coming home and having a healthyish lunch, I go to KFC or McDonalds. That’s what the real issue for me is, I don’t eat much candy, I don’t drink coffee and I don’t put extra butter or sugar in or on anything.
I want to cut out the fast food, I’m not banning myself from eating anything in particular, because then I’ll just want it again, but I’m making a rule of only eating fast food on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, because I don’t often go into town on those days, but if I do then I can live with allowing myself the meal. I don’t want to become repulsed by fatty foods, I just want to get them back in perspective as an occasional treat with friends etc, instead of a replacement for a decent meal.
