Actually, my goal is to stop eating junk food, but not to eat it less. I have gastritis and I’m not allowed to eat junk food. Usually (not always), after school when I and my friends are going to eat, we go to fast food restaurant, and sometimes after I eat something of junk food I have stomachache. I want stop eating unhealthy food, but I can’t, it’s so delicious! I want to eat less sweets too. But I really like white and milk chocolate. About 4 months ago I started to drink tea with less sugar, now I’m drinking tea without sugar at all, and I really like it! Now I’ll try to stop eating junk food.

How I did it: Fat keeps your cells dead. Fat keeps your mind tired. So, why keep eating junk food that contains fat?I did it because I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I cannot lose weight as fast as I should. So, I went to see a doctor and he told me what was the recipe. Read how I did it…

How I did it: My stomach just started to hurt one day and continued to for a while. I ate significantly less. After a few days once the pain was gone, I just naturally didn't eat so much junk. Read how I did it…

Half a year ago this had not even been on my list. As I really was not into junk food. – And then I started working in a fast food restaurant. :)
And as our days are always action packed, I do not have time to go and have a proper lunch. Note to myself: stop being so lazy and start making packed lunches with salads and fruit!

Over the past few months ive been doing much better with this goal, its one of the few goals ive actually made some progress with. I eat way too much sugar and im really trying to limit my sugar intake, i have a big weakness for granola bars and nutri-grain bars, they are super delicious and chock full of sugar. I just have to remember no matter how horribly depressed i am, eating delicious granola bars will not cheer me up.
geekloser is studying... HARD!
Whenever I’m watching a movie or TV I just have to start munching. Which has become a really bad habit for me. Every time I buy groceries, I have to pick up a bag of chips, which ends up making me feel bad later.
I’m eating really badly these days… I need to learn how to cook some dishes and I need to stop going to Starbucks. I am allergic to milk, when I drink a Frapp, it really messes me up. So, I hope to be eating well by monday, eating more vegetables and fruits and stuff.
Even though I get a reminder about this almost every day, I have eaten so much junk food in the past couple months that it kind of makes me sick to think about it.
So I figure I should start small: Since I haven’t gone a day without chocolate for a long time-the goal is no chocolate for one week- I’ll reward myself next Sunday with a brownie! =)
Wish me luck!

Its hard to stick with this goal for longer than a week. I quit drinking soda seven years ago, so i know if i try hard enough i can actually accomplish this goal.
