I want to enhance my chi to heal. Martial arts is a tremendous chi builder.

I got my blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do when I was 14 and now 5 years later I’m just getting back in the game. I’ve started practicing at home now, and reading literature thats out there on technique and poomse (forms). Hopefully when I get enough money, I’ll be able to join a class, but until then, I’m content with what I’m doing now.
I know that if I began to focus a portion of my energy in this manner, and learn some ways to control and direct my chi, than my mind will begin to change and the thoughts and internal dialog will follow suit. When you train the body you also are subconciously changing the mind, but one must follow through certain steps as to not let the path be wandered from.
