    For the last 3 weeks, I have done this! Now I just need to keep it up and make it a habit!

    Workout ideas:
    -jogging
    -yoga (at home or in class)
    -floor workout (push ups, situps, jumping jacks, pilates, while watching TV)
    -Brisk walking



    I started 4 years ago

    I started working out with my friend Nick. It going alright, but because of both of our schedules, it has not been very consistent. I’ve got a free pass to a gym for a couple of weeks and I need to take advantage to that. It shouldn’t be hard to reach my goal, but, for a few reasons, right now it is.
