Already lost 5 pounds. I now drink a lot more water through the day, makes me feel great. So it’s a tip to all of you!

I don’t want to put a number on how I feel about myself. I don’t think loosing 15 pounds will change if I like how I feel about myself.
Just cutting out dairy because of my newly discovered milk allergy, I’ve lost three pounds in the last week. I had lost a few pounds before break, so I know its not water weight. When I go back to school I won’t have a fridge and a full kitchen to keep my fed. I just have to manage to not fill up on junk food.

I am in no way shape or form FAT. I am 5’2 and 130 pounds. I am attractive and have no trouble with attracting friends or lovers. This being said my mid rate healthy body weight is actually supposed to be 110 pound. Therefore I actually want to loose 20 pounds even though at first I wrote 15 in the title. DREAM BIG right?? or in this case would it be small?? hehe ANYWAYSS….
My action plan is as follows(may sound weird but I work nights):-Eat dinner/breakfast at 1am/8pm
-snak at 9am
-Eat lower calorie foods including lots of veggies and protein
-NO OUTSIDE SNACKS OR TREATS
I think just following this schedule will cut down a whole whack of pounds right away as my current eating habits are pretty despicable…lol Its a wonder Im not HUGE actually…lol
I gained 15lbs when I started college and think I would be generally fitter and healthier if I now took responsibility for what I ate, how much exercise I do and lost the extra weight I gained.

when I started college I lost like the freshman 30. I went from about 180 down to like 150, and now my weight fluctuates from 153 to 147 on good days. I want to loose about 15 more pounds because I think it would improve my overall outlook on my body image. Really I think i just need to tone it all up.
My goal this school year is to loose 15lbs! I don’t care how quickly or slowly I loose it, but I want those pounds gone by June. I don’t think that’s unreasonable. I’ve found a bus root that goes right by my areas swimming pool and fitness room. So I’ll take that bus and swim laps for about 45minutes, 4 times a week. Then I’ll have to walk home, and my house is maybe 1 mile away. So this is a great solution I think, to FINALLY loosing the weight. 8 months to go!
